Romana Bryndova, PhDr. 

Romana is a seasoned HR professional with nearly 25 years of experience across different renowned companies. Throughout her career, she has excelled in the design, development, training, and implementation of HR tools at both local and regional levels. Romana is also a proven leader with extensive experience in managing and guiding teams.


She holds a postgraduate Diploma in HR Management from the Faculty of Management at Comenius University in Bratislava and earned a Certificate of Higher Education in Coaching from Cambridge University in the UK in September 2011.


Romana is a certified trainer in Leadership Skills, having trained under programs such as Situational Leadership by Ken Blanchard Co. and the Leadership Development Program by Bridge Partnership, UK. Additionally, she is a certified assessor of Hogan Personality Tests and Insights Discovery.

  • To release the client´s potentials during the coaching session, I focus on their strengths and I offer support in removing their barriers so they can see reality in a clear and undistorted way in order to find the most effective solutions. Clients are gently led to look at the situation from different perspectives so they can eliminate the areas that are restrictive for them.
  • If needed, 360 degree feedback or other diagnostics are used.
  • Interpretation of Hogan Personality Assessment products also available.
